My background brings together maintenance leadership, controls and automation, troubleshooting, OEM collaboration, and capital-project coordination. Building departmental tools, reporting workflows, and dashboards grew out of that hands-on work.
I look at how the operation actually runs: where information starts, how people use it, where the handoffs break down, and what the system needs to do when something goes wrong.
