03 / Fees & support
Hourly consulting, focused projects, and ongoing care. All fees are in US dollars. Your written proposal confirms the work, the cost, and the next step.
01 / Consulting
Use hourly consulting for focused advice, troubleshooting, reporting improvements, and integration work with an agreed scope.
$175per hour
Systems consulting, dashboards, data and reporting workflows, custom tools, and project support delivered remotely.
$225per hour
Connecting approved tools and model providers, preparing source material, validating outputs, and building review and recovery steps. The rate reflects the integration scope.
$250per hour · 4-hour minimum
A four-hour visit is $1,000; an eight-hour day is $2,000. Travel time and expenses are quoted separately before scheduling. These scheduled visits carry no additional arrival fee.
Specialized industrial callouts and priority mobilization are individually quoted, subject to availability. Scope, attendance fees, hourly work, and travel are agreed before acceptance.
02 / Scripting & small fixes
Small jobs are welcome. Describe the input, the result you need, and where the tool will run. A clear task can be quoted directly.
$175–$350fixed quote within the agreed scope
One defined task: cleaning a CSV, converting a file format, renaming or organizing files, or a small existing-script fix. Includes sample-input review, testing against agreed examples, and run instructions.
$350–$875fixed quote within the agreed scope
A more involved script for combining exports, validating records, applying calculations, or preparing a recurring report. Input formats, expected output, and exceptions are agreed before work begins.
$175per hour, or a scoped fixed quote
Investigate and improve an existing Python script, browser tool, dashboard, or reporting workflow. Start with the problem and available source; confirm the work and approval limit before making changes.
The $750 workflow diagnostic is not required for a straightforward scripting job. It is useful when the problem needs investigation. Installation, external integrations, and ongoing maintenance are separately scoped unless explicitly included in the quote.
Tell me about your scripting task ↗03 / Scoped projects
Use a diagnostic when the problem needs investigation. For a defined task, begin with a direct quote. Pilot ranges help you plan a budget; the written proposal confirms deliverables and the final fee.
$750fixed fee
One workflow and up to four total hours across an interview, sample review, and a short written action plan. Implementation is a separate next step. Larger assessments are individually scoped.
$2,500–$7,500planning range
One workflow with up to two agreed data sources, specified views or exports, representative output checks, a walkthrough, and handover notes. Data quality and access requirements shape the final scope.
$4,500–$12,000planning range
One use case with approved source types and connectors, checkable outputs, human review, agreed acceptance examples, and handover. Model/API usage and hosting are separate. Explore AI integration services.
Custom quoteafter discovery
Multiple workflows, sites, user roles, legacy systems, or substantial data migration are scoped in stages, with clear review points and responsibilities.
Flexibility comes from the scope: a smaller first phase, fewer integrations, or a planned block of work can make the budget manageable. Changes are agreed before additional work begins.
04 / Ongoing support
Scheduled care and improvements for named systems, whether hosted online or running on approved equipment at your location.
$350 / month
Up to two hours for scheduled updates, checks, or troubleshooting on agreed existing systems.
$800 / month
Up to five hours of predictable remote work on named systems. Plan the work together and review progress as it develops.
Plans are prepaid monthly. All active work and meetings count toward the included hours; unused hours expire at month-end. Scheduling and business hours are agreed before a plan starts.
Additional standard work is $175/hour with approval. Complex AI work is separately scoped at its applicable rate. New builds, major migrations, onsite visits, travel, hosting, subscriptions, and model/API charges are outside the included hours.
These plans cover scheduled work. Emergency assistance and any response-time commitment are separately scoped, subject to availability.
Delivery & handover
Every proposal names what you receive and how we will check it. The agreed handover is included in the build.
Delivery & continuity
Browser-based tools can run online or on approved equipment at your location. Ongoing maintenance can be arranged for either.
The problem to solve, deliverables, accepted inputs, review points, completion checks, fee, payment schedule, and responsibilities. Fees follow the scope. Any approved third-party costs are identified separately before you commit.
No. If the input, expected output, and task are clear, the job can receive a direct fixed quote. A paid diagnostic is a separate option when investigation is needed, and is agreed before that work begins.
The workflow diagnostic is paid before work begins. Small builds use 50% to schedule and 50% at agreed acceptance. Larger builds use defined payment milestones, set out in the proposal.
Hosting, model/API usage, software subscriptions, hardware, and travel are separate from professional service fees. Required accounts, who owns them, and who pays recurring charges are agreed in advance.
We agree on one task, approved information, connected accounts, and what a person must review. Representative examples establish acceptance checks. A pilot shows what works before the workflow expands.
We can reduce the first phase, prioritize the most useful workflow, or plan later improvements. New requirements are reviewed and priced before the scope changes.
Support is scheduled during agreed business hours. Availability and the work covered are confirmed before accepting a maintenance plan or onsite booking. Emergency assistance is by separate arrangement.
Client-approved remote access, confidentiality agreements, vendor onboarding, and purchase orders are accommodated as applicable. Onsite scope and travel are agreed before scheduling.
No. Services include systems troubleshooting, software tools, and vendor coordination. Electrical installation is not offered.
