03 / Fees & support

A clear scope.
A clear price.

Hourly consulting, focused projects, and ongoing care. All fees are in US dollars. Your written proposal confirms the work, the cost, and the next step.

01 / Consulting

The expertise.
The time you need.

Use hourly consulting for focused advice, troubleshooting, reporting improvements, and integration work with an agreed scope.

Specialized industrial callouts and priority mobilization are individually quoted, subject to availability. Scope, attendance fees, hourly work, and travel are agreed before acceptance.

02 / Scripting & small fixes

One task.
A useful improvement.

Small jobs are welcome. Describe the input, the result you need, and where the tool will run. A clear task can be quoted directly.

The $750 workflow diagnostic is not required for a straightforward scripting job. It is useful when the problem needs investigation. Installation, external integrations, and ongoing maintenance are separately scoped unless explicitly included in the quote.

03 / Scoped projects

Start focused.
Build from there.

Use a diagnostic when the problem needs investigation. For a defined task, begin with a direct quote. Pilot ranges help you plan a budget; the written proposal confirms deliverables and the final fee.

Flexibility comes from the scope: a smaller first phase, fewer integrations, or a planned block of work can make the budget manageable. Changes are agreed before additional work begins.

04 / Ongoing support

Keep useful systems
working well.

Scheduled care and improvements for named systems, whether hosted online or running on approved equipment at your location.

Scheduled maintenance

A little regular care.

$350 / month

Up to two hours for scheduled updates, checks, or troubleshooting on agreed existing systems.

Planned improvement block

Room to keep improving.

$800 / month

Up to five hours of predictable remote work on named systems. Plan the work together and review progress as it develops.

Plans are prepaid monthly. All active work and meetings count toward the included hours; unused hours expire at month-end. Scheduling and business hours are agreed before a plan starts.

Additional standard work is $175/hour with approval. Complex AI work is separately scoped at its applicable rate. New builds, major migrations, onsite visits, travel, hosting, subscriptions, and model/API charges are outside the included hours.

These plans cover scheduled work. Emergency assistance and any response-time commitment are separately scoped, subject to availability.

Delivery & handover

Ready to run.
Clear to maintain.

Every proposal names what you receive and how we will check it. The agreed handover is included in the build.

SETUP & DEPLOYMENT

Put the tool where it belongs.

Setup can cover approved Windows or Linux equipment, or suitable online hosting. The proposal identifies the target environment, access requirements, installation work, and account responsibilities. Additional setup is quoted before work begins.

TRAINING & DOCUMENTATION

Know how to use it.

The agreed handover includes operating instructions and a walkthrough suited to the tool. Additional staff training or expanded documentation can be scoped separately using the applicable remote or onsite consulting rate.

Delivery & continuity

The right home
for your tools.

Browser-based tools can run online or on approved equipment at your location. Ongoing maintenance can be arranged for either.

01 / ONLINE

Accessible through the browser.

Hosting is chosen around the application and its users. Account ownership, recurring costs, access, backups, and recovery responsibilities are agreed in the proposal.

02 / ONSITE

Part of your local operation.

Applications can run on approved customer equipment. Responsibilities for the application, computer, operating system, and supporting infrastructure are made explicit.

Working together,
clearly.

What will the written proposal include?

The problem to solve, deliverables, accepted inputs, review points, completion checks, fee, payment schedule, and responsibilities. Fees follow the scope. Any approved third-party costs are identified separately before you commit.

Do small scripts require the workflow diagnostic?

No. If the input, expected output, and task are clear, the job can receive a direct fixed quote. A paid diagnostic is a separate option when investigation is needed, and is agreed before that work begins.

How are payments arranged?

The workflow diagnostic is paid before work begins. Small builds use 50% to schedule and 50% at agreed acceptance. Larger builds use defined payment milestones, set out in the proposal.

What costs are separate?

Hosting, model/API usage, software subscriptions, hardware, and travel are separate from professional service fees. Required accounts, who owns them, and who pays recurring charges are agreed in advance.

How are AI integrations scoped?

We agree on one task, approved information, connected accounts, and what a person must review. Representative examples establish acceptance checks. A pilot shows what works before the workflow expands.

What if the project or budget changes?

We can reduce the first phase, prioritize the most useful workflow, or plan later improvements. New requirements are reviewed and priced before the scope changes.

When is support available?

Support is scheduled during agreed business hours. Availability and the work covered are confirmed before accepting a maintenance plan or onsite booking. Emergency assistance is by separate arrangement.

Can you work with our onboarding requirements?

Client-approved remote access, confidentiality agreements, vendor onboarding, and purchase orders are accommodated as applicable. Onsite scope and travel are agreed before scheduling.

Do you provide electrical installation?

No. Services include systems troubleshooting, software tools, and vendor coordination. Electrical installation is not offered.
